Mortex Sports Limited is a sporting goods manufacturer to the world’s top sports brands. Founded in 1987 to meet the market demand for Chinese manufactured sporting goods, Mortex began as a Hong Kong based trading company and transitioned to a manufacturing company in 1993. Our humble beginnings started off in baseball glove manufacturing and soon after, ventured into inflatable ball and golf bag manufacturing. Shanghai was chosen as the manufacturing base because of its educated work force, developed environment, and high labor standards. Since its inception, Mortex has grown from a 3 man trading company to a single consolidated factory with 1,000 employees and an annual output of 3 million balls.
