Perform diverse administrative tasks and special assignments in support of the Global Organizational Learning and Development department, while exercising a high degree of discretion and initiative, prepare reports, presentations, memoranda and spreadsheets, establish, manage and maintain a variety of files and records, screen and triage mail, email, telephone calls, and visitors, direct requests and follows up on replies, independently resolve routine and complex inquiries, fully manage the calendars for the team and coordinate detailed travel arrangements.
