SUMMARY:    Acts as chief negotiator for collective bargaining negotiations; assists in maintaining satisfactory labor-management relations, interprets collective bargaining agreements, administers grievance procedures including arbitrations, and assists/advises all operational levels on labor matters.

Director Human Resources – Business Partner  Functional Responsibilities • Perform as primary HR interface to the business client (Sr VP’s and Regional VP’s) • Coordinate various HR Resources such as Learning, Talent Management, Sourcing, Organization Effectiveness, and Compensation to diagnose, develop, and deliver timely and relevant solutions to the client • Provide expertise to enable leaders to manage large-scale business and enterprise change events • Offer thought and policy leadership on human capital issues to clients • Ensure delivery of timely, relevant, and efficient HR operational services in partnership with other HR organizations and resources • Ensure compliance with all pertinent HR-related laws and regulations • Responsible for identifying and providing solutions to improve processes within multiple functional areas and/or multiple businesses.
